Client Portal

We are pleased to offer a Client Portal that allows clients of The Lockwood Legal Group to securely access information about their case.

How Do I Log In?

Click on the login button and enter your email address. An email containing a one-time login link will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. Alternatively, you can download the CLIO for Client’s Mobile App for easier mobile access.

Each time you wish to log in, you will use this same process. There is no password to remember.

If you do not receive an email after entering your address, please contact our office for assistance. The Client Portal is not created automatically and must be manually enabled for each client matter.

What Can I Do With the Client Portal?

The Client Portal allows you to:

  1. View and pay current and past invoices
  2. Upload files directly to your attorney
  3. Send messages securely to your attorney (this feature is not currently in use)

Unless you are told otherwise, please continue using the same communication method you have been using to contact your attorney. We have not yet transitioned general client communications to the Portal because we do not want to reduce convenience for our clients.
