Can I Expunge My Record More than Once in Indiana?
No. Under Indiana Code § 35-38-9-8.5(i), you may seek an expungement of your criminal records only once during your lifetime. This means you would need to include all of the criminal records you wish to expunge in your petition for expungement.

If you have criminal records in more than one county, you would need to file a petition in each such county. All petitions for expungement must be filed within a one-year period.
